Q2 2022: Correction of interim report data for the quarter April–June 2022Stockholm, 29 November 2022 (19:35 CET)
In connection with Novedo Holding AB's (publ) (the "Company") work on the interim report for the period July – September 2022, the company has discovered incorrect information in the interim report for the period April – June 2022, which was published on August 19, 2022. The incorrect information consists of a positive item of SEK 19.3 million being incorrectly reported in net financial items in the income statement instead of as a balance sheet item goodwill.

Novedo expands outside of Sweden – acquires Danish Nordkabel A/S with annual net sales of about 315 MSEKStockholm, 11 November 2022 (09:30 CET)
Novedo Holding AB (publ), a privately owned industrial group within industry, infrastructure and installation & services has today acquired the Danish company Nordkabel A/S (“Nordkabel”), the company’s first acquisition outside of Sweden. Nordkabel, which will be part of Novedo’s Infrastructure segment, performs installations and service work, primarily in electricity networks, fibre and water, and has a strong and stable customer base exclusively in B2B including well-known companies and customers in the public sector. The company reported net sales of DKK 215 million and EBITA of DKK 32.5 million (corresponding to approximately 315 MSEK and 48 MSEK) for the financial year ending on 30 June 2022. Nordkabel is expected to be consolidated in the Novedo Group during Q4 2022.

Novedo acquires BATAB Bygg- & Akustikteknik ABThe company Group Novedo has acquired BATAB Bygg- & Akustikteknik AB. BATAB AB is Novedo's sixteenth acquisition since the start in 2021, the fifth acquisition in 2022 and another step towards the IPO, which is planned for the first half of 2023. Following the acquisition, Novedo has pro forma net sales of approximately SEK 1.8 billion and an EBITDA of about SEK 250 million.
