Whistleblowing
Novedo strives to maintain a transparent business environment and strong business ethics. We care about safety and respect for all people affected by our operations. Therefore, it is important to us that whistleblowing is easy so we can take action to correct any wrongdoing.
Whistleblowing can be done if you suspect misconduct in a work-related context concerning a company within the Novedo Group and there is a public interest of this being discovered. Whistleblowing is possible for all individuals in any way active within the Novedo Group.
Primarily, we encourage you to report any suspected misconduct to your immediate supervisor or the managing director of the relevant company.
Secondarily, if you feel that you cannot be open about your information or if you wish to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation, you can report internally through Novedo’s whistleblowing system, available at https://novedo.visslan-report.se/. You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith. All reports are handled with full confidentiality, and whistleblowers are not subject to any form of retaliation.
