Novedo acquires Total Fasad Stockholm AB

The company Group Novedo has acquired Total Fasad Stockholm AB and its subsidiary Total Fönsterrenovering Stockholm AB. The Group is Novedo's seventeenth acquisition since the start in 2021 and after the acquisition, Novedo has net sales of approximately SEK 1.9 billion with an EBITDA of approximately SEK 260 million pro forma.

Total Fasad Stockholm AB is a profitable company active within facade maintenance and renovation. Since the start in 2015, the companies have grown substantially and in 2021 they reached a total turnover of approximately SEK 137 million with an EBITDA of approximately SEK 16 million. As a turnkey contractor with a competitive offer in the real estate industry, the companies meet great demand. The Group offers complete solutions in the renovation of the property's climate shell, where great emphasis is placed on long-term and sustainable solutions.

“We had several other bids, but we have gained a great deal of trust in the people at Novedo, and we also see great potential to grow further with the support of a larger partner such as Novedo. The acquisition is Novedo's sixth in 2022 and another step towards the IPO, which is planned for the first half of 2023. Following the acquisition, Novedo has net sales of approximately SEK 1.9 billion with an EBITDA of approximately SEK 260 million pro forma.
