Novedo acquires the Danish industrial company Stantraek A/S with annual sales of ca 220 MSEKNovedo Holding AB (publ), a niche industrial group within Industry, Infrastructure and Installation & Services, has today acquired the Danish industrial company Stantraek A/S, which specializes in customized components and sheet metal parts for industrial applications. Stantraek's sales for 2022 amounted to approximately SEK 220 million. Closing is expected to take place in Q1 2023. Following the acquisition, Novedo's pro formed net sales amount to approximately SEK 2.7 billion and pro forma EBITA to approximately SEK 300 million.

Novedo’s pro forma annual net sales amount to SEK 2,337.2 million and pro forma EBITA to SEK 245.4 million after the latest acquisition in November 2022. The market potential for continued profitable growth is good and as part of future capital raising, the Company is preparing for a possible IPO in 2023. To increase the conditions for the best possible capital raising, Novedo’s Board of Directors and major owners have also initiated a so-called dual-track process, meaning the exploration of other types of changes in the ownership structure in parallel to the IPO preparations.

In connection with Novedo Holding AB's (publ) (the "Company") work on the interim report for the period July – September 2022, the company has discovered incorrect information in the interim report for the period April – June 2022, which was published on August 19, 2022. The incorrect information consists of a positive item of SEK 19.3 million being incorrectly reported in net financial items in the income statement instead of as a balance sheet item goodwill.
In connection with Novedo Holding AB's (publ) (the "Company") work on the interim report for the period July – September 2022, the company has discovered incorrect information in the interim report for the period April – June 2022, which was published on August 19, 2022.
