Total Fasad Stockholm AB was founded in 2015 by current CEO Johan Widegren, Fredrik Mokvist and Marcus Hamber and is a Stockholm-based company active within facade maintenance and window renovations. Its primary customers are co-ops (Sw. bostadsrättsförening) and property companies.
Along with its subsidiary Total Fönsterrenoveringar AB, Total Fasad Stockholm has 58 employees and its net sales for 2022 amounted to SEK 129 million. The company was acquired and consolidated by Novedo in Q2 2022.
We had several other parties interested in acquiring Total Fasad, but we had great confidence in Novedo’s employees and we also see excellent potential to become stronger and grow the company further, with the support of this strong industrial group.
