Nørgaard was founded in 1979 and is based in southern Denmark, with its head office in Ribe, near Esbjerg. The business also comprises four subsidiaries. The customer base is stable and characterised by long-term relationships.
The business comprises groundworks and civil engineering, primarily aimed at the public sector, such as municipal energy and water companies (district heating, sewerage and drainage works), as well as directly at local authorities in areas such as urban regeneration, pavements and parks.
Nørgaard has 45 employees and generated sales of SEK 168 million in 2024. Novedo acquired and took over the company in the fourth quarter of 2023.
