Novedo acquires Sentexa AB

The company Group Novedo has acquired Sentexa AB. Sentexa AB is Novedo's fifteenth acquisition since the start in 2021, the fourth acquisition in 2022, and another step towards its IPO, which is planned for the first half of 2023.

Sentexa is a profitable and growing electrical installation company with roots and base in Stockholm. The company, which today has net sales of approximately SEK 30 million with an EBITDA of SEK 6 million, has a long history of steady growth and solid profitability. Owner and founder Rickard Ericson started the company in 2002 and has run the company ever since.

“It feels very good to be part of a large and well-managed group of companies and I expect that it will give us better growth opportunities while we can continue to work in the way we believe in. We have gained a great deal of trust in the management of Novedo and to also be able to become a shareholder and participate in a stock exchange listing is something I look forward to,” says Rickard Ericson, CEO of Sentexa.

Sentexa's operations, with a focus on reparation, reconstruction, and extension, offer everything from small installations and service to complete one-stop-shop solutions, all with their own fitters and project managers. In recent years, the company has secured several framework agreements and contracts with major municipalities.
