Novedo acquires Uni-Vent AB
Novedo has acquired Uni-Vent AB, a contracting company in the field of ventilation.
Uni-Vent AB has extensive experience in airflow measurements, mandatory ventilation inspections, adjustments, assessments and installations. The company operates primarily in the Stockholm region, was founded in 2005 and has 30 employees, with sales of SEK 70 million.
“I am pleased that Uni-Vent AB is now part of Novedo. The company is specialised in a niche with strong future prospects. Ventilation has a bearing on several key sustainability aspects. In addition, the company will continue to be run by its founder and CEO Kostas Papadopulos,” says Per-Johan Dahlgren, CEO of Novedo.
