Fredrik Johansson, CEO

Fredrik Johansson runs Tyresö Målericentral, a painting and decorating company specialised in regular apartment maintenance for public housing. The company was established in its current form in 2012 and has sales of approximately SEK 40 million. The business comprises all aspects of painting and decorating and the customers are located in the Stockholm region.

– Our customers are primarily public housing companies, with whom we have extensive framework agreements. Painting in spaces where people live or businesses are conducted is nearly a profession of its own. Apart from a sense of quality, employees must be able to work independently. It involves a lot of freedom with responsibility.

The IPO and part-ownership were interesting and exciting, but the ability to continue operating as previously was the most important factor when Fredrik Johansson turned Tyresö Målericentral into part of Novedo.
